What tools I use to keep track of my events for the week

I’m going to start by outlining what I use, what apps I recommend and a brief note about why before delving into how I use each of these things.
What do I use?
First of all I cannot recommend Wunderlist enough. It allows for tagging, repeating tasks and organising them into separate lists which allows me to keep on track of everything and not feel like each list is getting too cluttered.
My most precious notebook in the world is my BuJo. I use it to keep track of everything going on and I get to be as creative as I feel that day while planning.
Notion is handy for almost everything else I need and I use it because of how customisable it can be. Handy for meal planning, goal tracking and more.
Right, now how do I use them?
Wunderlist
Each night before I go to bed I open Wunderlist and add tasks that I want to accomplish the next day which looks something like this:

A screen capture from Wunderlist showing 6 tasks
In the morning I open this and anything I cannot think of to do in that day or realise I don’t have time for gets a #migrated tag and it’s left for the next day. I leave that tag to show which tasks have been there for a while and need doing.
As I go through my day I tick off each task I’ve completed. The great thing about Wunderlist is that I have the app on my phone and widget on my home screen so that all of my tasks are shown clearly.
BuJo
This one is a little harder to explain. My BuJo is where I do my planning for the month and week as a whole. So I write down important tasks that won’t change (like work, meetings etc) and have a general plan of things to do on that day that I can look at before making my wunderlist for the day.
Each monthly spread has the month, a picture, important events, and a place to write down achievements. Then I get into the weekly spreads which for the last few months have been using Dutch Doors but I’m thinking about changing that up soon. Each task is written down, general weekly tasks get put on a day I’m likely to do them with a signifier that it’s general and not day specific. For non-Dutch door-ed months these go in a General box and I have a section for notes for that week and a box for next week’s items.
I’ve included examples of my monthly and weekly spreads below.
Notion
I know people have been saying that Notion is overhyped lately but honestly I find it to be the best tool for the job in this case.
I have my personal workspace in which I keep track of my goals, achievements, have an inbox for articles I’m reading and a section for work related things (skills development and the like). But I also have a workspace for home. In this one I keep a recipe box and a meal planner, and also reminder to check Tody (the app we use to keep track of cleaning the house). If we’re planning on changing something or going on a trip, anything like that then I plan the details in Notion ready to cross over into weekly and daily planning methods when it becomes relevant.
Notion has been a life saver in that it’s so easy to edit and switch things around and I have the joy of looking at a nice home page and seeing everything clearly on it. I also love the recipe box section as I’m trying to cook more and cook varied types and styles of food too.
