Tweeting for 100 days?

If you're following me on Twitter Here then you'll have seen me tweeting with # Tweet100 in my recent tweets. This is all thanks to Jay Clouse who came up with the Tweet100 idea - 100 days of tweeting at least once a day and using that hashtag.
So far it's helping me to focus on being more positive and keeping a healthy mindset. I'm making sure I set aside time to think about how I'm doing each morning, my plans for the day and then use this reflection to make my tweet.
As I started drafting this post I was on 16 days, just over two weeks of tweeting each day! I had found it made a huge impact on me so far by that point, and knew I wanted to continue.
Now I'm at 40 days. That's over a month of tweeting once a day every day. I can see that I've gained 18 Twitter followers, although it's not about that for me, it's about keeping to that routine. But it does help with the motivation. I'm excited to see what happens in the coming weeks with this, and to see how things are when I hit the 100 day mark!
So, this is a shorter blog post this week because I want you to focus on something - I want you to take five minutes and think about something you want to do. Is it making the bed each morning? Meditating? Set yourself a goal of doing it each day for 100 days.
If you forget for a day it's fine, it'll be there tomorrow or the day after. But, make a goal and start documenting it. Maybe use twitter and the Tweet100 to say how your meditation went! See what change you can make to your life in just 100 days.
