Be Kind To Yourself

Similar to last week's post, this is a reminder to be kind to yourself.
Sometimes being organised and keeping on top of everything gets too hard. I know I have lazy days, don't change out of my pyjamas, settle on the couch with a cup of coffee and binge the next series available on Netflix. This doesn't mean I'm not organised the rest of the time.
We all have these days and the important part is to let yourself have them. Don't think that this means you've failed.
I didn't open my BuJo much last week beyond checking what shifts I was in for work.
I put on the dish washer twice. I ordered in more than usual.
I didn't work on my projects as much as I would have liked.
And that's okay. I had a lot going on mentally last week. Things crept up and I struggled to get on top of them.
But this week? I've cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, living room, re-organised cabinets and made more progress on the projects I've got going on now than I ever thought possible.
So, again, remember to be kind to yourself when you have moments or days or weeks like this.
Things will get better.
